KILLER WHALE POD OF 3 right by our boat !!!!!!

Wednesday June 2, 2010. Yes, we took off early this morning from Abreojos and headed for Ascuncion and on the way were surprised by a pod of 3 LARGE and beautiful KILLER WHALES right by and under and around our boat. Playing and checking us out. I have some great footage and will try to upload it if this connection is good enough. That was awesome and made my day. They were there and I was so panicked looking for the camera, I finally found it. I still got good footage and got to see them. I was torn between Look for the camera or watch them, I lucked out and was able to do both. It was beautiful, a family of them, so clean with that black and white body and so large and fast. Anyway, we got many things fixed yesterday and today wasn't too bad at sea. The wind did pick up the last couple hours to 25 knots, so we are anchored now at Ascuncion for the night and hope the wind lies low tomorrow, it's supposed to. Blessings Family and Friends.
